I like to bake a loaf, eat some fresh and warm. Then, slice into individual pieces, wrap in plastic wrap and put in my freezer to toast for breakfast.
Bread Machine - approximately 2-3 hours
Makes one 1 1/2-pound loaf
Place all ingredients, in order listed, in the bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Secure the bread pan in the machine. Press menu button to select Gluten Free program. When cycle is complete, remove bread pan and place on wire rack to cool completely for best slicing results.
If you are vegan, you can substitute the chicken egg for one "flax" egg.
Recipe One "flax" egg
Combine 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed with 3 tablespoons of water. Stir well, and place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the result should be a sticky egg-like substitute.
