Healthy - Healing - Juice Recipe

Use all organic vegetables.

Lemons & oranges do not need to be organic if you peel the outer skin.

Apple seeds are very nutritious - so you can cut up apples whole & add along with seeds.

You can half the recipe for one person - or store the remainder in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid to enjoy later in the day.

This is a “HEALTH BLAST” type of juice, so it is hearty, spicy and gives you a fantastic dose of pure, nutritious energy! AND – a big kick! We usually clink our glasses and toast to life and down it quickly. Of course, you can mix up your juice to just about anything you desire.


2 10 - 12 oz servings



  • 1/2 medium red beet – or one whole small beet
  • 3 stalks kale
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lemon – peeled
  • 1 orange – peeled
  • 3 inches ginger root
  • 3 inches tumeric root
  • 1/4 jalapeno – seeded

1.     Juicer of your choice.

When asked "Which juicer is best?" My answer is - THE ONE YOU WILL USE!

We use an Omega J8006 – because it is a more “gentle” juicer. It rotates the produce in a moving spiral that extracts the most juice from your valuable produce.

2.     Heavy Duty Blender; Vitamix, or comparable brand

Put all ingredients into the heavy duty blender - and blend at high speed until all is juice and pulp.

Strain the pulp and serve.
