Berry Blend Delight Fruit Smoothie

Prep Notes

You can use this fruit smoothie recipe as an inspirational launching point – if you don’t have a fruit listed here, substitute another and be creative. If you can’t eat bananas skip them and add frozen or fresh fruit, it’s all good.

I freeze organic seasonal berries and use them in our smoothies.

I enjoy cold smoothies - so I prefer to add a combination of fresh and frozen fruit .

If you are using all fresh fruit - toss some ice cubes into the blender when you  blend the smoothie.
