Frothy Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 fresh or frozen bananas (I like to use frozen as I enjoy thick, cold smoothies)
  •  4 - 6 fresh or frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/2 - 1 cup unfiltered organic apple juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Fresh mint is a delicious add to this smoothie 

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a heavy duty blender and enjoy!
