2 Large - 16 oz Smoothies

Ingredients

Any fruit you have on hand works in a high-powered blender to make a delicious, nutritious smoothies. Here is what we packed our blender full of in the photos included:

  • 1 cup frozen organic green & red grapes
  • Two large stalks of kale; strip leaves into blender & discard thick stalks (all types of kale are acceptable)
  • 2 small organic green apples; skin on, cored and chopped
  • 2 oranges, skin removed; chopped
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries

Directions


Put all ingredients into a high-power blender and blend until smooth

Notes

In actuality - any fruit you have on hand works well in a high-powered blender, along with a cup of water, to make a delicious, nutritious smoothie.

We buy the bags of frozen - ORGANIC - fruit from Costco. We also freeze our own organic fruit such as fresh berries, grapes and bananas to add to smoothies, along with a couple handfuls of kale.
