1 bunch kale, chopped with stems
1/2 medium daikon radish, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
1 tbsp tamari - or low-sodium, organic soy sauce; or liquid aminos
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp brown rice vinegar (or vinegar of choice; balsamic, white wine, rice wine, red wine)
1 tbsp raw honey
