* If gluten is not an issue with your family, then use the regular wheat pasta of your choice.
Plain Vegan Mac N’ Cheese: Once cashew cream is warm and thickened, add it directly to the cooked drained pasta, heat through and serve. Option: Add a dash of nutmeg for an old-world taste.
